The State Rehabilitation Council partners with HireAbility Vermont (formerly VocRehab) to find ways to improve and expand services to Vermonters with disabilities. The Council is made up of representatives from the business sector, people with disabilities, advocates, the Vermont Client Assistance Program (CAP) and community partners. All SRC members are appointed by the Governor and serve terms of varying lengths as determined by Council guidelines.
